All personal training journeys will start with an initial consultation where we explore more about you, what you are looking to achieve from the sessions, what previous experience you may or may not have and if there is anything else we may need to consider. We want to get to know you whilst you also get to know us!
Sessions will be built around strength training to enable you to build on not just your physical strength in the gym but also your strength in everyday activities outside of the gym and mental and emotional resilience. We will also use cardiovascular equipment and mobility exercises for a full functional experience.
The private setting will make this a safe space for you to exercise freely without fear of judgment and to be able to talk about anything you like – you can even choose your own music for the session!
Looking for a boost in motivation, accountability and fun? Why not grab a partner and have 2-2-1 sessions. Your partner can be anyone aged 18 or over. Not only are you going to achieve all of the above, but these sessions are more cost effective too.
