Small Group Classes.

Sweat.

This high-intensity class is designed to elevate your heart rate and make you sweat. It combines bodyweight exercises, cardiovascular equipment, and sometimes light weights to ensure you burn calories long after the session ends. With a maximum of 4 people per class, it’s tailored to all fitness levels and can be adjusted for health concerns or injuries. The class structure remains the same throughout the week but changes weekly to promote progression. It's recommended to attend once a week alongside other activities.

Strong.

Focused on building strength, this class uses various strength-based equipment (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) and includes learning movement fundamentals followed by a short workout. It improves both strength and stamina. Like the Sweat class, it’s limited to 4 participants, adaptable to different fitness levels, and changes weekly for progression. Attending once a week is suggested alongside other workouts.
